EP006 Christians and the Veil

In this episode, we are barely scraping the tip of the ice-berg when it comes to tapping into the spiritual realm as the result of a Christian involving themselves with Martial Arts and/or Yoga. Is it wrong and if they do take part and why?  Does it open up a door to the unknown?

In Eastern mysticism, meditation is generally understood as a practice aimed at achieving spiritual enlightenment, inner peace, and transcendence. Unlike Western meditation, which often focuses on contemplation or prayer, Eastern meditation is rooted in traditions like Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, and other mystical philosophies.
